I've been running my own business as a trainer and coach since 2017, bringing over two decades of IT experience gained at organizations such as EMC, Hitachi Data Systems, WestLB (a bank), and Provincial (an insurance company). During my tenure at the latter two, I managed data centers, overseeing tasks such as application development, backup, and disaster recovery.
My IT journey encompassed roles as a post's ales system engineer, presales consultant, and sales representative at EMC and HDS, allowing me to successfully design and sell projects from mid-sized enterprises to DAX-listed companies. As an overlay sales specialist, I guided colleagues into new paths while gaining unique insights into the challenges of this role.
I served as part of executive management teams for 15 years, holding positions as Sales Director Germany and later as Presales Director both Germany and EMEA at EMC and Hitachi Data Systems.
In addition to my professional experiences, I actively participated in various training programs such as Siebel TAS, MEDDIC, The Challenger Sale and Coaching to the Challenger by CEB. My dedication to continuous learning led me to institutions like IMD Lausanne, the Tuck School of Business (UK), and AFNB (Academy for Neuroscience Education Management).
I hold a degree as Fachinformatiker in Application Development.
